Subscriber Guide to Switching (2021)

Your monthly subscription on our old platform will expire or be cancelled automatically by us. You will NOT receive any more charges from us unless you select and sign up for a new plan.

If you have not signed up for an account with our online store you will need to do so before signing up for a subscription. This will also allow you to make purchases from our online store. Create an account   

 

You can still access your old account until the end of January 2021. Login information can be found here  

If you are a former subscriber with prepaid shipments please first fill out THIS SURVEY

We will be contacting all prepaid subscribers via email with a remaining balance on their prepaid subscription and instructions on how to apply it towards the new seasonal or annual subscription boxes and alternative options. 

If your email in our old system is incorrect please contact us at support@lavishbathbox.com with an updated email where you can be reached.

The boxes will ship seasonally mid March, June, September, and December.

To receive the first box you must sign up prior to March 10th. While we don’t anticipate sell out with this first box, you do recommend securing your spot as soon as possible to be sure. Should sell out occur your shipments will be begin with the next season. Any Membership Perks will begin at time or purchase regardless of when your next shipment is due.

After March a "welcome box" (shipping immediately) will be an add-on option with any new subscription.

We have switched platforms and your log in information from our previous platform will no longer be used to select a new plan, purchase, or update subscriptions. This means you will have to create a new account if you have never made a purchase with our online store before. You will have to reenter your credit card and shipping information at the time of subscription purchase (sorry! This is the only downside, we promise).

If you have made a purchase with us outside of our subscription options you should already have an account. Log in here prior to selecting a new plan.

We ARE working on this. We will honor existing rewards points. If you have redeemed points that have not been applied please email us at support@lavishbathbox.com so we can make sure you get your discount on the plan you choose.

For existing points balance, please be patient as we get everything switch and synced. We will notify you all by email when your existing points are ready to redeem!
