October 2020 - Statement

Hi guys!

Tammara wanted to share the following message to our subscribers regarding delays on our October box. We support her and all of our vendors as we continue to navigate all of the challenges this year has presented us with. The fact that you continue to happily anticipate your boxes every month is what drives us!

We know Halloween is quickly approaching this weekend and we are incredibly bummed we couldn't get our October box to you by then,  but hope you can still use and enjoy a little MAGIC from our Witchcraft & Wizardry box well after the holiday.

We have some exciting changes coming in 2021 as a result of our new “post covid” world to improve our services, offer a better value, and allow more buffer time for covid related delays. We will be announcing this new chapter in the upcoming weeks (as soon as our October box is out the door)!

As always, thank you for your support, it keeps us going through all the delays, disappointments, and difficulties.

Dear Lavish Bath Box Subscribers, 

I would like to take this time to formally apologize for the delay in your October monthly box.  As a small business owner who solely supports herself, I am not in a position to have a large stock of supplies.  I order supplies as I have the funds and the need for them. The delay in shipping times has gotten significantly longer (again) than I expected, so I have been waiting for product to come in to finish the October box order. This is in no way a reflection upon Katie's business ethics and professionalism which she holds at a very high standard. 
On a positive note, I am over the moon excited to report that my product did arrive this evening and I will be working furiously through the weekend to finish the remaining half of the order.  I will then make the second 6 hour round trip drive to deliver them straight to Katie's doorstep so that she can get them out to you as quickly as possible.
